I want to write a book, I want to write something amazing, but what would that look like? Nonfiction or fiction? A biography of me with a little bit more drama! Or something about finding NIA and Yoga, myself, the self help books I've read, the cards I pull, and excerpts from them all? Hmmm that could be cool, keeping track of the cards, quotes to go with each, and what happened daily to mimic those cards? Conversations with friends, learnings from workshops or daily meditations.
Over the years, I have never really understood life, or how to live it. I feel like only within the last few years, I have started to see a little glimpse of what life is supposed to be. How to connect with the universe, LOVE, gratitude, having huge goals with no FEAR, reflection, big plans with little plans, Loving myself and giving others grace, potentially being my higher self. I have so much more to learn and practice, but the feeling this pull to dive more into NIA and yoga learnings, to dive more into the greater divine, the light, the purpose, the mind, body and spirit.
I thought life would give you what you need to live, but really you have to provide the life you want, it will not show up for you at your doorstep. I was always taught to work hard, be kind, don’t fuck up, but I was never taught about manifesting, connection, the universe, love, loving myself at a deeper level, have a deep connection with myself, that will lead to a better understanding. I was never taught to find my purpose and run with it. What is the purpose, what is my purpose? I still have no idea, but what i have heard is that the once you find it, then you know exactly what to do with your life. "Purpose: I know what I am here to do. Your purpose in life is not your career; rather, your career is guided by your purpose. What brings you joy? That is the direction your soul is calling you toward to best convey your own unique expression of love and make a contribution to the world. Listen to your intuition. It is your connection to spirit and the voice of your soul." (James Van Praagh)
It is crazy to me that I am only figuring this out at the age of 36! Why was I oblivious to this and why are others oblivious? Why do I feel like only about 50% understand this? I want to make sure my daughter understands this and looks for her purpose earlier on, how can I teach her this? How can we teach others this? There is a formula for feeling your greatest in life, and if you learn about it soon you will feel levitated by the purpose, by the universe, by this earth and will be able to manifest so much. Finding the light within you, and once you have found that light there is no looking back. I am here to share my navigation through all this, how I manifest my dreams, the books I read, my mentors, certain little things that made a huge impact, and the practice of movement, the practice of purpose, believing the universe has your back. Believing in myself and the people that are in my life. The pathway to growth and change.
